Sumayya is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, specialising in contract law, employment law, debt collection, negligence, and corporate legal advisory services. She has successfully represented clients across a range of complex corporate and civil matters, demonstrating strategic legal acumen.

Before establishing Caribbean Legal Consultants, Sumayya was a litigation attorney at a reputable law firm in Port of Spain, Trinidad for four years, where she gained invaluable exposure to high-stakes civil and commercial litigation. Her experience includes advising and representing international and local corporate clients, including banks, credit unions, insurance companies, oil and gas corporations, manufacturing firms, and electricity providers.
With a meticulous approach to legal analysis, case strategy, and corporate advisory services, Sumayya is dedicated to delivering practical, results-driven legal solutions that protect and advances her clients’ interests. Brandon Ragoonanan
